Due to recent problems and volumes of requests I feel
I need to clarify some details regarding mech sales and commissions (all prices are in Canadian Dollars):
1. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for duties, customs and taxes when the mechs
are shipped to me. Clients are responsible for customs, duties and taxes charged by either US or Canadian Customs
and regardless of direction of shipping Additionally mechs will not be shipped for free unless the seller opts to provide
this service at his discretion (shipping is approx. $4 per mech with a minimum charge of $8). Expresspost is for all
orders over $100, which costs approximately as much per mech as small packet but is insured and trackable and I can ship up
to about 12 mechs in a single parcel - small packet is limited to about 3).
2. Under NO circumstances will commissions be accepted from anyone
on the basis of barter (ie. mechs for paintwork).
3. The first quote is the lowest. Repeated requests for quotes will provide a
higher consecutive quote.
4. Copies of ebay auctioned items will only be commissioned for a minimum of what
they sold for on ebay
5. Specific mechs will generally not be provided by me as this would require a large stock
that I can't afford to invest in. Clients have two choices regarding the mech - a. I generally have the newer mechs
so they can usually be provided at $15 per mech. I can direct you to an online retailer who will allow you to purchase
the mech and ship it to me.
6. Stripping of mechs is $15 per mech regardless of how many, this is a real pain, time
consuming and can require some fairly caustic chemicals.
7. Quotes are only valid for 48 hours due to the sheer volume I am recieving, I need to know
fairly quickly whether individuals are seriously interested or not so I can respond to other requests appropriately.
