2. Shipping is actual cost of shipping via Canada Post plus 5% for handling, packing, packing materials and delivering order to post office. I will combine the shipping to get it as low as possible. US/Canadian customers can expect shipping to be about 10% including tracking and insurance (can be a lot lower with larger orders). Overseas customers must contact me but expect shipping can get to 25% depending entirely on the weight of the unit and whether insurance is desired by the client (it is possible to ship for a lot less but at the buyers risk).

3. Prices are non-negotiable and there are no discounts for any reason, all prices are in Canadian funds, no other currency will be accepted.

4. All units (jacks, unit, solo, etc) are available individually except Warcasters. Warcasters may only be purchased at the rate of 1 caster per full 500 points of units purchased (500 not 499 and per full 500, ie. 1000 points of units only allows the purchase of two casters, 1499 only allows two casters). In the case of larger purchases where 2 warcasters may be purchased caster points are not counted towards the total of units purchased.

5. Units must be purchased whole. Ie. the Winterguard includes the unit attachment and rocketeer, you may not buy the attachment separately. Check the pics to see what is included in each unit. Cards will be included when possible (for most units unless there are a lot of duplicate units, feel free to contact me regarding the availability of the cards).

7. All Canadian residents pay GST and Saskatchewan residents must pay PST. Non Canadian residents pay no taxes but are responsible for any fees/taxes/customs their home country charges.

8. All shipping is via Postal services unless the client agrees to pay courier fees plus 5% for handling and packing.

9. Email a list of what you want to me (paintman44jay@yahoo.com). I will email you back if I have all the minis (it is possible some may be sold and I didn't have time to get them off the website). If I do have them all then:

(a) Paypal a deposit of $100 to me at my email address above to hold the minis you want. I will send a paypal invoice. You will have 48 hours to pay the paypal invoice. Failure to pay the invoice forfeits the deposit, else it will be credited on the invoice. As soon as payment clears I will ship your order within 24 hours. If for some reason I don't have all the minis I will return the deposit unless the client elects to choose a replace for the missing item.

(b) I can send a paypal invoice for the entire order and you have 48 hours to pay it. Failure to pay will mean you can not place another order.
